Our new patented technology provides a simple system bringing many advantages over existing products on the market.

Simple manufacturing – a 1 part system. The carpet producer simply adds filler and thickener and applies on a traditional foam backing line.
Low Odour due to the absence of sulphur
Fast curing
Free from Heavy Metals and Formaldehyde
Post Embossable with heated embossing system

The current system is for use flat on the back of all types of carpet

Tufted
Woven
Needlefelt
Tiles

Our foam backing technology can also be used in the production of non-attached cushion underlay pads. Our team of Technical Service and Development specialists would be glad to help and advise on the use of this novel new foam.
